Public Consultation on Universal Access Levy 2018, Universal Access Strategic Plan (2018-2022) and Project Report and Operational Plan 2018
Further to our notice of 8 December 2017, NICTA hereby informs all interested parties and stakeholders that the closing date for comments is extended to close of business Friday, 16 February 2018.
NICTA is seeking the comments and views of interested parties and members of the public on the following documents that can be accessed on the NICTA website (www.nicta.gov.pg):
- Universal Access and Service Strategic Plan, 2018 – 2022 (draft)
- Project Report and Universal Access and Service Operational Plan, 2018 (draft)
- Universal Access and Service Fund Levy 2018 (draft)
Written submissions and comments on these documents and the issues that are associated with universal access and service delivery and funding in the period covered should be submitted to NICTA before or by the deadline.
All written submissions should be emailed to: consultation.submission@nicta.gov.pg by close of business Friday, 16 February 2018. Copies of submissions received will be published on NICTA’s Public Register consistent with the requirements under subsection 229(3) of the Act.
Respondent that may wish to claim confidentiality over information submitted should follow the procedures set out in the current guidelines on the submission of written comments to public consultations and public inquiries, which are also available from NICTA’s Public Register at www.nicta.gov.pg
