Request for Proposals - UAS Website re-design and re-developmentNICTA is seeking proposals from qualified firms for the complete redesign and redevelopment of its Universal Access and Service (UAS) website located at https://uas.nicta.gov.pg.
The project aims to achieve a modern, user-friendly, and responsive website that enhances user experience, navigation, and accessibility. The new website will incorporate improved functionalities to better serve our target audience and will be built upon a user-friendly content management system (CMS).
Firms with a proven track record in website design and development are encouraged to submit proposals.
The comprehensive RFP document outlining specific requirements, evaluation criteria, and submission instructions can be downloaded from the NICTA website.

Electronic submissions are required and must be received by uas@nicta.gov.pg no later than Close of Business Friday, 10th May 2024.
NICTA reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to cancel this RFP process at its sole discretion.
