Public Notice

National Information and Communications Technology Authority in accordance with section 216 on Regulations and 229 on Public Consultation of the National Information and Communications Technology Act, 2009 (“the Act”), give this notice to conduct public consultation on the draft ICT Equipment Type Approval Regulation.

The Public Consultation will be conducted over a period of six (6) weeks commencing from the date of this consultation notice.
