Public Notice
The National Information and Communications Technology Authority (NICTA) has decided in accordance with Section 219 of the National Information and Communications Technology Act 2009 (the Act) to engage in public consultation in accordance with Section 229 of the Act in relation to a proposed guideline relating to the applications procedure for the sharing of telecommunications towers and related facilities. Separately, the determination of service-specific pricing principles is provided for in Section 135 of the Act.
